Welcome to Yale, Class of 2013! We are thrilled that you are considering joining the a cappella community. In 1977, Redhot & Blue revolutionized the Yale a cappella scene by being the first group to combine male and female voices on one stage. Today, we continue to lead collegiate a cappella with new arrangements such as “Zoot Suit Riot” and “Fly Me to the Moon.” With upcoming tours of San Francisco, the East Coast, the Caribbean, and Japan it's an exciting time to be in Redhot & Blue!
The audition process for a cappella can be confusing, so let us be your guides. A cappella "rush" is a combination of auditions, concerts, and lots of good food, culminating in the selection of a shiny new tap class.
